A big welcome to our new and returning students as we embark on the 2022-2023 school year. Below you will find resources and information to make this school year the best yet!

New students in Elementary Grades (1st- 6th)

New students in grades K4 & K5

Thursday, September 15th
New students in K3

The school day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m.
daily. We offer free breakfast from 7:30am to 8:00 am.

To gain entrance to the school after 8:00 a.m. you must call the front office at (414) 999-2330.

IMportant dates

August 15th
New Family Orientation and Kindergarten Screening

8-10am and 4-6pm
Attend with your child(ren) during one of these time slots.
Parents will attend a Montessori presentation while students are being screened.

September 1st
PMA Open House: “Family Meet, Greet, and Treat”
4:30-6:00 pm
This is an outdoor experience, so feel free to arrive at a time that is convenient for your family. You can visit the school, meet your teacher, drop off school supplies, and mingle with other families.

September 16th
Student Picture Day

Volunteer Opportunities

    American Rescue Plan SURVEY

    We would like to work with our parent ambassadors and community liaisons on recommendations for using a portion of these funds to best support Student Learning and Development at Penfield. Please complete this survey to give us your preferred date. The meeting will be held via Zoom at 5pm – 7pm

      safety precautions

      PMA will continues to follow these precautions as we begin the 2022-2023 school year.

      • Air purifiers for every classroom.

      • Volunteer/visitor policy on a case-by-case basis according to school community needs.

      • Optional masking in accordance with MHD and CDC recommendations regardless of vaccination status
        Please provide masks for your child when needed as PMA will have only a limited supply of child size masks.

      • Car line drop-off and pick-up for AM Arrival and PM Dismissal.
